Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your deposit

A $50 deposit is required to book any new or full set. It's not an extra charge — your deposit goes straight toward the cost of your service and simply reserves your spot.

Cancellations & reschedules

Life happens, and we just ask for a little notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit your $50 deposit. With 24 hours' notice or more, your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

No-shows

If you don't show up for your appointment without letting us know, your $50 deposit is forfeited. To rebook after a no-show or late cancellation, full payment for your service will be required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Running late

Please arrive on time — ideally 5 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service and reserve the right to reschedule, in which case your deposit is kept. If we're able to proceed with a shortened appointment, we can't guarantee full results in the reduced time.
